“BMW Initiativa per a la innovació” brought to Spainthe World Press Photo 2005 exhibition. This exhibition is known worldwide as the most important within the field of photojournalism, and shows the work from the winners of the annual World Press Photo contest. The sponsorship of the World Press Photo Exhibition 2005 inBarcelonawas a response to the will of the “BMW Initiativa per la innovació” to promote corporate social responsibility activities. To mark the opening of the exhibition, Michiel Munneke, director of World Press Photo, came to Barcelonato participate as keynote speaker at the Dinner & Talk where the “BMW Initiativa per la innovació” was responsible for being the meeting point of representatives from the leading media. The meeting allowed to discuss the role of photojournalism in our society. IT Communicacion took under its responsibility all aspects concerning the organization of the event, including all actions with the media.
